Spa at Home provides professional, therapeutic massage treatments delivered to your home, hotel, or chosen location across the Atlantic Seaboard and surrounding areas of Cape Town.

By making a booking, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings
All bookings are made via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from Spa at Home. Bookings are subject to therapist availability.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of or prior to treatment. All payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations and no-shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. If a therapist arrives at the agreed location and the client is absent or unreachable, a call-out fee may be charged to cover travel costs.

Professional standards
All treatments provided by Spa at Home are professional and therapeutic in nature. Spa at Home reserves the right to decline or discontinue any treatment at its discretion.

Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
